Food and Beverage Assistant Holiday Inn Gloucester – Cheltenham
Position Details
- Salary: £26,438.80 per annum / £12.71 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility: Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with our culinary and hospitality teams, your tasks will include:
- Assisting in the preparation, serving and presentation of food and beverages to guests
- Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and high standards in all dining areas
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Responding to guest queries
- Resolving complaints with professionalism and tact
- Supporting operational tasks
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting in inventory and stock management
- Coordinating and executing special events or functions as required
- Ensuring all dining areas are well-stocked and meticulously presented
