About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver exceptional service, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to guests in a polished, efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and compliance with health and safety standards in dining areas
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns professionally
- Support the Food and Beverage team with operational tasks:
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting with inventory management
- Collaborate in coordinating and executing events, mood boards and special functions
- Ensure all dining areas are well-stocked, presented impeccably, and meet high standards

Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous hospitality experience (helpful but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – crucial for guest interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking confidently
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering impeccable standards
- Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and public holidays, as required
