Food and Beverage Assistant
Occasional Worker Agreement – Casual Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton, Manchester – Piccadilly

We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team and deliver exceptional guest experiences during their stay. If you thrive in hospitality and love providing outstanding service with a smile, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
Beneath our guests’ extraordinary stays, you’ll:
- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests with efficiency, friendliness, and crisp professionalism.
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness and impeccable organisation in dining areas, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly responding to guest queries or concerns with professionalism.
- Support operational duties, including:
- Setting and clearing dining tables.
- Restocking supplies efficiently.
- Assisting in inventory management and event coordination.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked, visually appealing, and flawlessly presented at all times.

Desired Skills & Experience
While we welcome applicants without prior hospitality experience, the following will help you excel:
- Proven (or burning interest in) food and beverage service (a plus, but not essential).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—your ability to interact kindly and effectively is everything.
- Composure in fast-paced environments and the ability to juggle tasks with clarity.
