Food and Beverage Assistant – Occasional Worker Agreement (Casual)

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, including:
- Addressing guest inquiries professionally.
- Resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
- Support the Food and Beverage team with all operational duties, such as:
- Setting up and clearing tables.
- Restocking supplies.
- Assisting with inventory management.
- Assist in coordinating and executing events and special functions.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role (desirable but not mandatory).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to upholding high standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
