About the Role
The Club Room is the heartbeat of our clubs, where members enjoy quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a welcoming space designed for work, relaxation, or socialising. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering high-quality food and beverage service to members
- Maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment
- Engaging positively with members, colleagues, and customers
- Supporting operational tasks (e.g., restocking, kitchen prep) efficiently
- Collaborating as part of a dynamic hospitality team
About You
We’re looking for a passionate team player with:
- Experience in a hospitality environment (preferred)
- A strong service mindset and genuine enthusiasm for customer engagement
- The ability to listen, collaborate, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
- A commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our members
Nice-to-haves (but not essential):
- A valid emergency response qualification (e.g., first aid or food safety certification)
