In the heart of Scotland, we’re set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, 6 restaurants and over 60 onsite activities – including a spa, leisure center, horse-riding center and our famously exciting Action Glen. There really is something for everyone!
About The Role
Working as part of our food and beverage team offers you a friendly, fast paced and challenging experience. Whether you’re looking after our guests in Banqueting and Events, or in one of our restaurants and bars, this is serious service, serious volume and a serious opportunity to join an ambitious team.

Our Restaurants are the places to go to meet friends, have a tea or coffee and sample one of our fabulous cakes or enjoy soup and a sandwich. They're busy, which means you'll be on the go, particularly over lunch and dinner periods. You'll be serving customers, encouraging them to sample our tasty treats, taking payments, clearing tables and making people feel welcome.
For this role, we are offering 32-hours per week contracts with overtime available dependent on business and individual needs.
What We Need From You
- Customer service – a friendly, welcoming personality is a given.
- Enthusiasm - a true passion for hospitality, along with your genuine smile and desire to get it right for the customer.
- Team focus – there are no egos here, just hard-working people who love creating memorable experiences for every guest.
- Fun and easy to talk to – we’re looking for personality, not a corporate clone.
What You’ll Get From Us
- Up to £12.71 per hour plus a share of tips, estimated £3,000 per annum for full time team members.
- Live-in Accommodation – On-site housing may be available, with bills included, making your move stress-free. Most of our accommodation is single occupancy with an ensuite bathroom, but this isn’t a guarantee. The rate of our accommodation is outlined by HMRC, further details can be discussed at interview.
