About the Role
£15,862.08 per annum/£12.71 per hour, 24 hours per week across 3 days

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. You'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
- Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including:
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting with inventory management
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times

Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (desirable but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
