Our Blend of Benefits
- Salary: £13.45 per hour - £26,227.50 per annum
- Shift allowance will be paid where applicable when shifts are worked.

The Macallan Food & Beverage Assistant on The Macallan Estate will ensure that all guests are given a world class luxury experience of The Macallan with exceptional customer service that exceeds all expectations of our guests, to inspire lifelong enthusiastic brand advocacy of The Macallan. You will support delivery of an inspiring and exciting brand experience of The Macallan through exceptional presentation of all food and drink related service, across TimeSpirit, The Macallan Bar, and The Macallan Estate. You will help create a world class environment, creating the ultimate customer experience; an experience to be enjoyed by anyone who visits The Macallan Estate.
Make an Impact
- Support delivery of a world‑class Macallan brand experience at The Macallan Estate
- Develop strong knowledge of, and passion for, The Macallan
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping and service standards across all Food & Beverage areas
- Deliver outstanding guest service that consistently exceeds expectations
- Ensure all dining and service areas meet health, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Follow safe manual handling practices for food and drink supplies
- Set up and maintain Food & Beverage areas to agreed standards
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP and COSHH requirements
- Apply best‑practice stock control and rotation

Your Talent and Skills
- Experience with breakfast, lunch, dinner and event service delivery would be favourable
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is essential
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Numerical & literacy skills and good communication skills
- Basic food hygiene knowledge and understanding
- Bar knowledge
- Confident and smart with a mature, professional manner
- Friendly and approachable to all customers and colleagues alike
- Quality driven with high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Strong personal standards of time keeping and a willingness to execute tasks perfectly
- Experience of working shifts – at times you will be required to work an early breakfast and late dinner shift, as well as weekends
- A strong sense of ownership and pride
- Responsible handling of cash and credit card transactions
