Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: voco Zeal, Exeter Science Park Salary: £15,862.08 per annum / £12.71 per hour, 24 hours per week across 4 days
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering attentive service and helping create memorable dining experiences.
The Role
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring efficient and smile-filled service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest queries and resolving issues promptly
- Support operational duties, including:
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting with inventory management
- Help coordinate and run events and special functions
- Ensure all areas remain well-stocked and presented to a high standard at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays
