As part of the award-winning Coaching Inn Group, recently recognised as Which? Hotel Group of the Year, we're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Food & Beverage Assistants to join our passionate team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by:
- Providing warm, friendly and professional customer service.
- Serving food and beverages in our restaurant, bar and outdoor dining areas.
- Preparing tables and ensuring all dining areas are clean, welcoming and beautifully presented.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
- Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working with people.
- Delivers excellent customer service with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Works well as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment.
- Is reliable, flexible and willing to learn.
- Previous hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential—full training will be provided.
