Holiday Inn Aylesbury is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. In this role, you’ll be central to our guests’ experience, delivering outstanding service and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest enquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the Food and Beverage team with all operational duties, including:
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting with inventory management
- Help coordinate and execute events and special functions.
- Ensure areas are well-stocked and impeccably presented at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role within hospitality (desired, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
