What We Are Looking For
As an F&B Attendant at Metropolitan Gaming, you will set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Food and Beverage Team. F&B Attendants are flexible to customers’ needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
- Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods.
- Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly with expertise, maintaining the highest standards.
- Engage with and interact comfortably with guests, building rapport to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience.

Note: You must be 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK.
This role requires working nights, evenings, weekends, and shifts within a 24/7 trading week. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
F&B Attendants will spend large portions of their shifts on their feet working closely with the public.
