Bar Staff – Parkdean Resorts

Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Taking orders and handling payments accurately and efficiently
- Delivering friendly, engaging service to enhance every guest’s experience
- Informing guests of current offers and promotions
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels to keep operations running smoothly
- Serving food and snacks with confidence and enthusiasm
- Maintaining the bar clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and approachable attitude
- A virtue for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
