Preparing and serving high‑quality alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. Taking orders and handling payments accurately and efficiently. Monitoring and replenishing stock levels to keep the bar running smoothly. Serving food and snacks with confidence and enthusiasm. Keeping the bar clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards. About you... Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, enthusiastic, and approachable attitude. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to work well under pressure as part of a fast‑paced, high‑volume team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
