About The Role

A structured 12-18 month development programme designed to provide you with a holistic insight and practical application, into all areas of a successful food and beverage business.

Working hands on across all operational food and beverage departments, including Clocktower Brasserie, Horto Restaurant and our Meeting and Events department. You will be fully immersed into the culture and business of Rudding Park and truly experience the industry from the ground up.

You will receive one to one mentor with regular feedback as well as monthly graduate trainee team meetings.

Completion of department objectives and a practical assignment aligned to the Food and Beverage placement time.

During the year all graduate food and beverage trainees will be invited to attend relevant training courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing all departmental objectives set to the required Rudding Park standard.
  • Taking a hands on approach to all tasks set, setting an example as a graduate trainee to other members of the team.
  • Fully participate and take a proactive role in all, internal and external, training courses attended.
  • Demonstrate Rudding Park core values.
  • Manage your own time and programme movements ensuring clear communication with all Heads of Department in a professional manner.

About You

  • Demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for Hospitality.
  • Must hold a UK/EU passport and/or be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or guest facing role would be preferred but not essential. This programme can be tailored to your current level of experience, passion and appetite to take on responsibility and ownership.
  • Minimum requirement A Levels or equivalent i.e. Higher Education Qualification.
