We Have an Exciting Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Host to join our team where you will be the first point of contact in our restaurant and bar areas. You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional, positive dining experience. This is a part-time role working 32.0 hours per week over 4 days.

The Role

You Will Be

  • Welcoming and assisting guests with a friendly, professional, and attentive manner
  • Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across dining areas and service stations
  • Handling guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, resolving issues promptly
  • Promoting menu items, specials, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience
  • Following all health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service role. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to build rapport with both guests and colleagues. You will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns is essential.
