This is the perfect opportunity for you if you enjoy:
- Implementing and maintaining control measures to align Food and Beverage costs, productivity, labour costs, and supply costs with budget projections
- Planning budgets and reviewing monthly forecasts for revenue and expenditure
- Managing Duty Management shifts based on business needs
- Analysing month-end reports and identifying deviations from business plan goals
- Contributing to management meetings to review progress and develop the annual business plan for the outlet
- Designing, implementing, and measuring profit enhancement programs in collaboration with the kitchen and sales teams
- Preparing and submitting post-mortem promotion reports to the General Manager
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily management of all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of guest service. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing operations across Administration, Marketing, and Promotion, as well as holding responsibility for the profitability and revenue generation of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a deep understanding of food hygiene and Health & Safety procedures
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly forecasts for the Restaurant, Bar, and Room Service
- Maintain constant communication with the Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager, and Operations Manager
- Work promptly to meet real-time customer demands (we’re open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends)
