Food & Beverage Manager – Warner Hotels Group
Location: Heythrop Park, Cotswolds
Join us at Heythrop Park, a luxurious 311-bedroom hotel featuring:
- Two performance theatres
- A luxury spa
- Three fine-dining restaurants
- Set within 440 acres of parkland
Salary & Reward
£40,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus + comprehensive benefits
The Opportunity
A riveting role for a passionate, people-centric Food & Beverage Manager to:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences

Focused closely with the Head of Hospitality, F&B Managers, and Team Leaders, you’ll ensure operational excellence across your assigned restaurant or bar while fostering a culture of excellence.

Your Role
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

✅ Lead with purpose – Champion service excellence, constantly elevating both front-of-house and back-of-house standards.

Essential Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven F&B leadership – Managed large, multi-staffed teams in a fast-paced hospitality or customer-focused environment.
- Operational mastery – Hands-on experience in cost control, budgeting, and yield management.
- Communication & negotiation – Excels at uniting teams, resolving conflict, or rallying to new challenges.
- Talent development – Committed to growing people’s skills while aligning individuals with department goals.
- Adaptability – Thrives under pressure, turning challenges into opportunities.
