Food and Beverage Manager

Food & Beverage Manager – Warner Hotels Group

Location: Heythrop Park, Cotswolds

Join us at Heythrop Park, a luxurious 311-bedroom hotel featuring:

  • Two performance theatres
  • A luxury spa
  • Three fine-dining restaurants
  • Set within 440 acres of parkland

Salary & Reward

£40,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus + comprehensive benefits


The Opportunity

A riveting role for a passionate, people-centric Food & Beverage Manager to:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead high-performing teams
  • Create memorable moments daily

Focused closely with the Head of Hospitality, F&B Managers, and Team Leaders, you’ll ensure operational excellence across your assigned restaurant or bar while fostering a culture of excellence.

At Heythrop Park, hospitality is at our core—guests should leave buzzing about the magic they experienced, from bespoke menus to a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere. You’ll help craft these unforgettable moments.


Your Role

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

Core Responsibilities

✅ Lead with purpose – Champion service excellence, constantly elevating both front-of-house and back-of-house standards.

✅ Put guests first – Ensure the customer journey shapes every decision, from neighbourhoods to small details that make a stay remarkable.

Essential Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Proven F&B leadership – Managed large, multi-staffed teams in a fast-paced hospitality or customer-focused environment.
  • Operational mastery – Hands-on experience in cost control, budgeting, and yield management.
  • Communication & negotiation – Excels at uniting teams, resolving conflict, or rallying to new challenges.
  • Talent development – Committed to growing people’s skills while aligning individuals with department goals.
  • Adaptability – Thrives under pressure, turning challenges into opportunities.
