Join our team at Heythrop Park, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 311-bedroom hotel with two theatres, a spa, and three restaurants is set within 440 acres of parkland in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Salary: up to £40,000 dependent on experience + Bonus + Benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and people-focused Food & Beverage Manager to join Warner Hotels and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading high-performing teams, and creating memorable moments for our guests every day.
What will I be doing?
Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, fellow Food & Beverage Managers, and Team Leaders, you will lead the delivery of outstanding food and beverage experiences, ensuring operational excellence across your restaurant or bar while inspiring and motivating your team to perform at their very best.
Hospitality sits at the heart of every Warner Hotels stay, and your leadership will help create memorable guest journeys that guests remember long after they leave. With exciting menus, vibrant settings, and a strong service culture, you will play an integral part in delivering premium hospitality experiences.

What skills do I need?
- Proven experience leading large and diverse teams within a fast-paced hospitality or customer-focused environment.

- Demonstrable ability to manage costs effectively in line with budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to unite teams around a shared vision.
- The ability to create a collaborative culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to progress their careers.
