We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager for Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa. This stunning Red Star Luxury Hotel also boasts an award-winning restaurant, leisure club and spa is regarded as one of the best hotels in Surrey.
About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, supporting Hand Picked Hotels’ wider transformation programme while shaping and elevating the F&B experience at Nutfield Priory.

- You will be a key influencer within the hotel, driving service excellence, consistency and commercial performance across the food and beverage operation.
- You will lead, support, and develop the food and beverage team through training, coaching, leading from the front as an inspirational leader, fostering a culture, excelling together.
- A key focus for this role will be delivering exceptional service standards, attention to detail and precision as the every day experience.
- Responsibilities also include managing daily operations, controlling costs and stock, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Curating bespoke dining experiences, events, and service offerings that elevate the guest experience and uphold the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis, with 45 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
Are you Hand Picked?
You will be an experienced hospitality leader with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
You will bring:
- Strong operational experience within a quality 4 or 5‑star hotel environment
- Experience leading large, multi‑discipline teams with warmth and credibility
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing payroll and workforce planning, P&L
- Be able to create sales and high-performance culture
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach to pressure, agile and ability of to drive change
- Pride in standards, detail and creating memorable guest experiences
- A leadership style that is inclusive, supportive and authentic
