Food and Beverage Manager

As a F&B Manager, you will be the vital support to the management team. Our F&B Manager will be responsible for our all-day dining restaurant concept, serving authentic Singaporean, Malaysian and Chinese cuisine at Bugis Singapore restaurant and Bar.

With a passion for service and a real understanding of how to encourage a diverse team to deliver for our guests, you will have a solid background in hotel F&B operations and become an integral part of our senior management team.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to achieve increased sales and for overseeing the overall operation of food & beverage and its departments. Candidates with previous experience working in Asian restaurants will be desirable.

  • Salary: £Competitive + Annual Scheme Bonus
  • Working hours: 40 hrs weekly

Food and Beverage Manager will have:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and to ensure food quality and consistency is always where it should be
  • Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary
  • Being visible during F&B outlets operating hours and remain engaged towards guests
  • The ability to lead by example and be hands on in your approach
  • Multi departmental budgeting and forecasting experience; a clear understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar business
  • You are all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
