Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for Food & Beverage operations and a knack for problem-solving? Do you love driving sales, ensuring outstanding operational experience? If yes, our Food and Beverage Operational Support position might be the right next move for you.
Your Purpose
As our F&B Operational Support, you will be the vital link connecting our Hotel Support Centre, Field Operators, and F&B teams. Your mission is to help drive sales and margin growth, champion operational excellence, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- You will be working closely with Operations, Change, Product, and Commercial Finance teams
- You will upskill hotel teams, optimise central systems, and use root-cause analysis to continuously improve our working practices
- You will provide insight into decision making on kitchen equipment
- Ensuring EPOS systems are set up correctly in our hotels, testing new products, prices, and system changes

Your Strengths
You will be a food and beverage professional with experience using EPOS systems and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. You are self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Up to £45,000 Salary & Annual Bonus
