Food & Beverage Supervisor – Holiday Inn Edinburgh
The Opportunity
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Edinburgh. As an integral member of our Food & Beverage department, you will contribute to the ongoing success of our hotels and play a vital role in providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that our restaurant and bar areas are prepared for service to the highest standard, maintaining exceptional presentation at all times.
- Acting as an ambassador for our hotels, delivering outstanding customer service and upholding our brand reputation.
- Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in driving revenue growth, including deputising in their absence.
- Fostering a focus on exceptional food experiences while delivering a memorable and personalised service to all guests.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a genuine passion for the Food & Beverage industry, particularly in creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Possess proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within hospitality or F&B.
- Demonstrate authentic leadership, inspiring teams and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Encourage open communication, team growth, and identification of future leaders.
- Excel in numerical and financial analysis, with strong planning and organisational skills.
