Food and Beverage Supervisor
Bar & Restaurant - Fowey Hall Hotel
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £13.40 per hour plus generous service charge and great benefits

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The F&B Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the management team in day to day operations of the restaurant, encouraging your team members, taking and delivering guests orders, anticipating guests needs and always going the extra mile.
This is a permanent position, at 24 hours per week (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £13.40 - plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional service, training and motivating the F&B staff to deliver high-quality service and exceed guest expectations.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of F&B team members.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back of house.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure efficient stock rotation to minimise waste.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in F&B operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, wine pairing, and menu offerings.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
