Food and Beverage Supervisor – Crowne Plaza Nottingham
Salary: £27,476.80 per annum (13.21 p/h + service charge, working 40 hours per week across 5 days)

About the Role
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee operations, lead the team, and ensure both service quality and smooth running of the dining areas. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Food and Beverage team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests with a focus on efficiency and a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining areas while complying with health and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues professionally.
- Support the team with operational tasks, including:
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting with inventory management
- Coordinate and execute events and special functions as needed.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and visually appealing at all times.
