Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor, Malmaison Leeds

Rate / Hours: £13.09 per hour, plus Tronc Type of Contract: Permanent / 40 hours per week Location: Malmaison Leeds

About the Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead as the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel.
  • Manage flow, ensure smooth dining experiences, and communicate effectively with the *Kitchen and Management Team.
  • Provide cultural service with a focus on ensuring guests leave with treasured memories.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment that operates 7 days a week, year-round, with demand peaking during evenings and weekends.

  • Proven experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar setting.
