Food and Beverage Supervisor

Supervisor – Hilsea Lido

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £14.10, Casual Contract

Hours: Full-time/Part-time (including evenings & weekends)

You'll be leading teams across the Café, Burger Kitchen, Ice-Cream Unit, and Kiosk, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while supporting your team members to grow and succeed. Building on the vision behind Sea Lanes Brighton, you'll play a vital role in creating something truly special.

  • Master Multi-Unit Operations

    • Confidently operate and oversee all four food & beverage units
    • Maintain speed, quality, and presentation across every service point
    • Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
    • Spot issues before they become problems and take swift action
