The Opportunity
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people‑focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the success of our hotel. This is a hands‑on, visible role where you will help shape the guest experience and support the team to perform at their best.
As part of the Food & Beverage department, you will help ensure that our restaurant and bar are fully prepared for service and presented to the highest standard at all times. You will act as an ambassador for our hotel, creating a welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable, valued, and well looked after.
How You’ll Make a Difference
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the operation and help lead the team during service. You will set clear expectations, lead by example, and step in confidently to support or deputise when required.
With a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage experiences, you will help drive revenue through great service, attention to detail, and positive energy on the floor. Above all, you’ll help create memorable, personalised experiences that encourage guests to return.

Who This Role Is For
This role is well suited to someone who is ready to take the next step in food and beverage leadership and enjoys being involved in both service and team support.
You’re likely to thrive in this role if you:
- Have previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role
- Enjoy leading by example and supporting others to feel confident and capable during service
- Take pride in high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and positively, even in a busy or fast‑paced environment
- Are motivated by creating great guest experiences and helping teams work well together
- Want to continue developing your leadership skills within hospitality
