As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will help deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality service during our breakfast and evening service.

You will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests while keeping service running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and setting up dining and service areas
  • Taking and delivering food and drink orders accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Ensuring food is served promptly and presented well
  • Supporting room service when required
  • Promoting hotel services and special offers
  • Handling guest queries positively and professionally
  • Working closely with colleagues and supervisors

This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, punctual, and reliable
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working early mornings and evenings
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn and follow procedures
  • A good team player with strong communication skills

Previous hospitality or service experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided.
