Job Description

  • Welcoming the guests to our F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
  • Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
  • Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
  • Good knowledge of our products
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station
  • Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
  • Receiving and processing customers’ payments
  • Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations
  • Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables
  • Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
  • Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant food and beverage service experience or training
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality service
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Experience in an upscale or hotel dining environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell and promote services
