Waiting Staff – Parkdean Resorts
About the Role
At Parkdean Resorts, we’re seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiting Staff to deliver exceptional service across our restaurants, bars, and venues. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating great guest experiences, this is the role for you.
You’ll be a key player in delivering warm, welcoming, and professional service, from taking orders to serving food, drinks, and providing recommendations—ensuring every guest enjoys an enjoyable and seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using tills
- Serving food and drinks promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Preparing, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy and inviting venue
- Engaging with guests and providing information on menus, specials, and promotions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menus, allergens, and daily offers
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service

Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the ability to work well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
- Possess clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Offer flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service, though this is not essential
