Food and Beverage - Waiting Staff - Q01

Waiting Staff at Parkdean Resorts

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiting Staff to deliver exceptional service across our restaurants, bars, and venues. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating great guest experiences, this is the role for you.

As part of our Waiting Staff team, you’ll be a key player in delivering warm, welcoming, and professional service. Whether you’re taking orders, serving food and drinks, or making recommendations, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.


Responsibilities

  • Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using tills.
  • Serving food and drinks promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Preparing, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy and inviting venue.
  • Engaging with guests and providing information on menus, specials, and promotions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menus, allergens, and daily offers.
  • Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

  • The ability to work well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
  • A positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service (desirable but not essential).
