Food & Beverage Assistant – Crathorne Hall Hotel

Location: Yarm, North Yorkshire, TS15 0AR

Salary: Starting at £13 per hour + service charge + excellent colleague benefits

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | 5 days out of 7

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join Crathorne Hall Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

** responsibilities**

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, your role will include:

  • Supporting the smooth delivery of food and drink service, ensuring tables are beautifully set, service stations are fully stocked, and offerings are presented with care and consistency.
  • Maintaining high standards in dining areas, bars, and service spaces with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Working confidently on the floor alongside colleagues to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Ensuring a consistent and exceptional service standard that upholds our reputation for outstanding hospitality and quality.

This role operates 5 days per week, including weekends on a rota basis, typically 40 hours per week, with flexibility accommodating where possible.

  • Has previous restaurant, bar, or food and beverage experience.
