About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will work in our Reflections Restaurant or A.G.’s Restaurant (both Michelin-starred), serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week. Additionally, you will support the private dining rooms for functions and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing the restaurant for service
- Meeting and greeting guests with a warm welcome
- Taking and recording guest orders
- Serving food and beverage (including alcoholic drinks)
- Conducting guest satisfaction checks
- Addressing and resolving any service issues professionally
- Presenting and collecting payments from guests
- Resetting the restaurant at the end of each service for the next shift
- Ensuring tidy and sanitary work areas before concluding your shift
Shift & Availability Requirements
- Full-time: 5 days, 37.5 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Must cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner services (all 7 days/week)
- Shift patterns include weekends
- Experience within a quality food service hotel or restaurant is essential
