Food & Beverage Assistant
Food & Beverage Assistant Required for Castle Lodge Care Home in Mere, Part of the Country Court Family
Hours: 30/40 hours per week, working weekends on rota (08:00–18:30)

ABOUT THE FOOD & BEVERAGE ROLE
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a key role in enhancing residents’ quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving meals, snacks, and beverages to residents
- Replenishing snack stations
- Cleaning up after meals
- Re-laying tables and tablecloths
- Maintaining cleanliness in dining/kochen areas
ABOUT YOU
We seek a welcoming, caring individual with:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience as a Food & Beverage Assistant (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of the food/restaurant industry
- Familiarity with COSHH and health & safety standards
- A friendly, empathetic demeanour
- Ability to engage well with residents and their families
- Understanding of dementia care
- Adaptability to work independently or as part of a team
