Food & Beverage Assistant – Part Time (Weekend Availability)

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, this role focuses on providing seamless friendly and efficient hospitality service to our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet regular guests by name for a personalised experience
- Develop a solid knowledge of food and wine, with the ability to make tasteful recommendations
- Maintain a polite, professional, and engaging demeanour at all times
- Upsell and optimise sales opportunities wherever possible
- Conduct routine cleaning of bar and restaurant areas
- Serve food and beverage with attention to detail and dedication

Requirements
- Essential: Previous hospitality experience in high-volume/fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated flexibility to cover mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- Beneficial: Previous experience using MOS/Micros POS systems
- Preferred: Hotel industry background
