About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, families, and visitors. Your responsibilities range from serving meals and refreshments to maintaining clean, comfortable, and inviting dining spaces—ensuring every meal time remains positive and rewarding.
You’ll work closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, supporting the daily delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home. Tasks include preparing dining areas, serving residents, and assisting with kitchen duties. With a friendly approach and an eye for detail, you’ll help uphold our standards of excellence.

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service environments
- A friendly, caring, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety practices
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, dynamic environment
