Position: Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort – Flo's Restaurant Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash-handling procedures

Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
- Candidate must prove their right to work in the UK
