Food & Beverage Assistant – Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa
Full–time: 40 hours per week

Location: Pulford, Chester
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant and passionate team at Palm Court Restaurant, located within the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa.
As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll be delivering exceptional service in our elegant and welcoming restaurant setting, helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing attentive and friendly service to guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- Assisting with set-up and close-down of shifts
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For
- A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional appearance
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from our location in Pulford, Chester
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
