Job Description
An F&B Assistant at Accor is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high hospitality standards in restaurants, bars, cafés, banquets, or hotel dining outlets. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, teamwork, hygiene, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service
- Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently
- Prepare tables and service stations before opening
- Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, and daily specials
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are followed
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints politely
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory standards
- Follow health, safety, HACCP, and hotel policies at all time
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Attention to detail and guest satisfaction focus
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not always required
