Food & Beverage Assistant – Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa
Location: Longfield, Kent, DA3 8NQ Salary: Starting at £13/hour + service charge + excellence in colleague benefits Contract: Full-time | Permanent | 5 days out of 7 (rota-based, 40 hours/week – flexible where possible)

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, from executive retreats and conferences to unforgettable evenings. Your attentiveness to detail and commitment to excellence, consistency, and teamwork will help create magical moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Service Excellence:
- Support the food and beverage service across dining rooms, bars, and event spaces.
- Ensure tables are beautifully set, service stations are refreshed, and food/beverage quality meets high standards.
- Guest Care:
- Work confidently as a team player, delivering personalised service with a warm, attentive approach.
- Contribute to the reputation for exceptional hospitality and contemporary British elegance.
- Logistics & Maintenance:
- Monitor supply levels (glasses, cutlery, dishes) and restock efficiently.
- Assist with event preparations, table layouts, and decor to match the occasion.
- Team Dynamic:
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, reinforcing team spirit and collaboration.
- Flexibility to adapt to busy peaks of activity, including weekends and events.
- Range Hours:
- Full-time role (40 hours/week), rotating shifts including weekends.
