The Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience across our restaurants, bars and events spaces.
You’ll be part of a motivated team, providing friendly, professional service while creating a welcoming and relaxed environment for our guests. You will also support the team in maintaining high standards and contributing to a positive, commercially successful department.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing outstanding service across restaurant, bar and room service areas Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm, professional experience Preparing service stations and assisting with mise-en-place before service Taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently and professionally Supporting events including meetings, weddings and afternoon teas Maintaining excellent product knowledge, including menus and nutritional information Keeping service areas clean, organised and presentable at all times Handling guest feedback and escalating when required Working closely with the kitchen and wider teams to ensure smooth service Supporting upselling opportunities by promoting Champneys experiences and facilities
