We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant team. Role Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will contribute to our dynamic Food & Beverage Team with a refined level of hospitality, a customer-centric approach, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the dining experience. Your role is vital in ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable moment.

Supports the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring all guest service experiences adhere to the highest standards

Works collaboratively as part of a team to maximise guest satisfaction and deliver timely responses to inquiries

Takes ownership of assigned duties and tasks, completing them in a timely and professional manner

Drives department performance by aligning with hotel initiatives and targets, ensuring goals are met and exceeded

Collaborates with reporting management to control costs and inventory, while maintaining productivity and performance standards

Builds and maintains strong working relationships, promoting the company culture and values

Ensures compliance with all relevant legislation and audit requirements, adhering to best practices and following up as necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with the following attributes:
- Experience in Food & Beverage service (not compulsory but beneficial)
- A can-do work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
- Ability to think creatively and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Professional integrity, with the drive to operate in an environment that values excellence
- Experience working with IT systems across various platforms
- Excellent communication skills
