We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience meet the highest standards

Works collaboratively within a team to maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering prompt and professional responses to guest enquiries

Takes ownership of duties and tasks assigned, ensuring they are completed timely and professionally

Drives departmental plans and objectives, contributing to both hotel initiatives and targets

Collaborates with senior colleagues to control costs and inventory, while ensuring productivity and performance targets are met

Builds and maintains effective working relationships, reinforcing company culture and values

Ensures adherence to all applicable legislation, conducting due diligence and documenting best practices for internal and external audits, with follow-ups as needed
Requirements
- Experience in food & beverage service (helpful but not essential)
- A hands-on, can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry
- The ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of daily tasks
- Strong personal integrity, with the ability to thrive in an excellence-driven environment
- Experience with IT systems across various platforms
- Outstanding communication skills
