Food & Beverage Assistant (Full-Time)

The Manor, Greasby – Wirral (CH49 3NF)

The Manor in Greasby is a well-loved and welcoming venue, known for delivering excellent service and a great guest experience. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing Nelson Hotels & Inns group and be part of a friendly, customer-focused team.

About The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive high-quality service throughout their visit. You will support both restaurant and bar service, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Flexibility is essential, as this role includes regular evening and weekend working, in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently
  • Support bar and restaurant service as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
  • Work effectively during busy periods
  • Support colleagues to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
  • Handle payments accurately

About You

  • Previous experience in a food & beverage or hospitality role is essential
  • A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A team player who is happy to support across all areas

Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to work regular evenings and weekends, including late finishes, and have access to reliable transport.
