This is an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple premium outlets, lead high-performing international teams and contribute to the success of one of the UK’s most recognised luxury hospitality destinations.

Our client is an internationally recognised luxury hospitality group, renowned for creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable service, exceptional dining concepts and uncompromising quality. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic leadership team driving innovation across multiple restaurants, bars and premium hospitality experiences.

Your Mission
- Lead all Food & Beverage operations across multiple luxury venues
- Inspire and develop department managers and operational teams
- Drive commercial performance and profitability
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction
- Develop innovative service concepts
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and General Manager
- Analyse KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Build a culture focused on excellence, hospitality and people development
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as Food & Beverage Director within luxury hotels, private members clubs or premium hospitality groups
- Outstanding leadership capabilities
- Strong commercial and financial mindset
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience managing large multicultural teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience

Salary
£90,000 – £120,000 per year depending on experience.
