The Role: Food & Beverage Assistant

Our team is looking for hardworking, passionate individuals to deliver outstanding food & beverage service within one of our prestigious golf and country clubs.

Key Responsibilities

As a F&B Assistant, you will:

  • Set tables and prepare event spaces efficiently for dining experiences
  • Deliver exceptional guest service as the first point of contact for members and visitors
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintain and stock bar areas with utmost attention to detail
  • Upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
  • Clear and clean tables between services while maintaining hygiene standards
  • Administer accurate cash and payment handling procedures
  • Support bar operations and barista duties during busy periods
  • Assist with special functions, including evening events

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferable in hospitality
  • Food safety certification (or HACCP qualification) is highly desirable
  • Strong presentation standards and commitment to quality service

Work Schedule

Operating 7 days a week across all business hours:

  • Weekdays: 0600–2300
  • Weekends & Bank Holidays: Available
  • Evening duties: Functions operating until 0200
