The Role: Food & Beverage Assistant
Our team is looking for hardworking, passionate individuals to deliver outstanding food & beverage service within one of our prestigious golf and country clubs.
Key Responsibilities
As a F&B Assistant, you will:
- Set tables and prepare event spaces efficiently for dining experiences
- Deliver exceptional guest service as the first point of contact for members and visitors
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain and stock bar areas with utmost attention to detail
- Upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
- Clear and clean tables between services while maintaining hygiene standards
- Administer accurate cash and payment handling procedures
- Support bar operations and barista duties during busy periods
- Assist with special functions, including evening events

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferable in hospitality
- Food safety certification (or HACCP qualification) is highly desirable
- Strong presentation standards and commitment to quality service
Work Schedule
Operating 7 days a week across all business hours:
- Weekdays: 0600–2300
- Weekends & Bank Holidays: Available
- Evening duties: Functions operating until 0200
