What You'll Do
As a Food & Beverage Management Graduate, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- As a Food & Beverage Graduate, you will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels! You will spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Food & Beverage Division while shadowing our leadership team.
- Whilst you will spend 12 months in two of our operational departments (two rotations of 6 months each) such as our bar, restaurants, or with our Events Operations team; you will have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events.
- Each graduate will also receive a buddy and a mentor to guide them through their year with us.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
- Monday to Saturday: 06:00 - 01:15
- Sunday: 06:30 - 01:15

- A university degree

- Advanced to Fluent in the English language
- Good verbal communication skills
