We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team here at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey.

Responsibilities:

Here's what your journey with us entails:

  • Manage all Food & Beverage service areas including restaurant, bar, room service and conference & banqueting operations to deliver an excellent guest experience.
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the food & beverage team.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines for payroll and consumables.
  • Drive sales to maximise budgeted revenue.
  • Accountable for monthly liquor stock takes.
  • Compile weekly rotas to reflect business levels and inline with budgets.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction, recognise success and action plan for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure departmental meetings are conducted on a regular basis.
  • Review monthly P&L statement for the department and understand monthly forecasted sales and costs.
  • Maintain good working relationships within the whole hotel.

  • Complete safety training and certifications
