Food & Beverage Manager – Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa
Location: Fawsley, Northamptonshire, NN11 3BA
Salary: £45,000 per annum + service charge + excellent colleague benefits

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to join Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will help create unforgettable moments for guests—whether they’re exploring our tranquil parkland, celebrating special events, or enjoying our personalised service.

What Will the Role Involve?
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all restaurants, bars, and service areas operate to the highest standards.
- Ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage operations, including:
- Overseeing service teams and ensuring they are well-supported.
- Maintaining fully prepared service stations and impeccably presented dining spaces.
- Take ownership of consistency in our food and beverage offering, upholding brand standards and driving a culture of excellence.
- Foster strong communication, professional development, and outstanding service across the department.
- Motivate and guide your team on the floor, including:
- Training and mentoring staff.
- Resolving guest-related issues with confidence and diplomacy.
- Maintaining a positive and collaborative leadership style.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with weekends on a rota basis). Shifts may vary depending on business needs.
